Refurbished laptops for schools and charities
Classroom-ready refurbished laptops and MacBooks in bulk, for schools, academies, colleges, charities and public-sector teams. Purchase orders accepted, delivery to site and a 12-month warranty on every device.
Premium laptops for less than new
Business-grade laptops are built to last far longer than budget new machines. Buying them refurbished gets you sturdier devices for the same money, and keeps working hardware out of landfill.
- Windows laptops such as Lenovo ThinkPad, HP EliteBook and Dell XPS
- MacBook Air and MacBook Pro with Apple silicon (M1 and newer)
- Good and Fair grades for the best value, with the same warranty
- Matched models across your order, subject to stock

Questions from schools and charities
Do you accept purchase orders from schools?
Yes. Schools, academies, charities and public-sector bodies can order on a purchase order. Choose "Purchase order" as the payment method on our quote form.
Which grade is best for a school laptop?
Good and Fair grades make the budget go furthest. Grades only describe cosmetic condition, so every grade works like new and carries the same 12-month warranty. See the grading standard.
Can you match the same laptop model across a whole order?
Yes, subject to stock. Matched models and specs make imaging, charging trolleys and support simpler, so tell us how many identical devices you need when you ask for a quote.
Do you deliver to the school?
Yes. We deliver bulk orders to site anywhere in the UK by tracked courier or pallet.
What happens to our old laptops?
We can buy or collect your retired devices, wipe every one securely and issue data-erasure certificates, which helps you meet your data protection obligations. The value of any trade-in can come off your new order. More on IT disposal.
