Trade in old kit against new devices
If you're replacing the devices you retire, the trade-in value can come straight off your new order. One supplier handles the old kit going out and the refurbished kit coming in.

How is our data handled?
Every device is securely wiped, and we issue a data-erasure certificate so you have a record for your data protection obligations.
Do you collect?
Yes. We can arrange collection, or you can post the devices to us.
How and when do we get paid?
Once the devices are checked against your list, we pay by bank transfer. If you are also buying from us, the value can come off your new order instead.
Can the trade-in value go towards new devices?
Yes. If you are replacing the devices you retire, the trade-in value can come off your order of refurbished laptops or iPhones from us.
